Statement Regarding Napster Ruling

On September 3 the bankruptcy court closed the hearing after Napster filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy and ruled that the agreement to purchase Napster assets by Bertelsmann was not approved. Regarding this decision DirectGroup states the following: “We accept the court’s decision that the sale of Napster assets to Bertelsmann has been denied and that the purchase will not procede.”
