Partnership is the first core value in the Bertelsmann Essentials adhered to by Bertelsmann and consequently DirectGroup. It is defined as follows:

Bertelsmann AG joined the UN Global Compact in 2008. The initiative calls on companies around the world to implement ten principles on human rights, labour standards, environmental protection and the fight against corruption in their sphere of influence (more information on this here).
