DirectGroup's Management Board

Fernando Carro is in charge of the German-speaking subsidiaries as well as the group's operations in Spain, Portugal and Italy. In addition, he and Gerd Bührig jointly supervise the English-speaking and Eastern European operations.

In addition to his joint supervision of the English-speaking and Eastern European operations, Gerd Bührig is also the board member in charge of Human Resources, Communications and IT.

In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Niklas Darijtschuk is responsible for Finance and for Strategic Purchasing throughout the group.
 

Jörg Hagen supervises DirectGroup's operations in France and the French-speaking parts of Canada and Switzerland.
