Moving from theory to practice is not always easy after having spent years on the former. We try to make it as easy as possible for you during your DirectGroup Bertelsmann traineeship. You are fully integrated into your team within the department, are gradually given your own projects and responsibilities, and have several months to get to know the company in depth.

We expect our trainees to be motivated and enthusiastic about media and new developments. If you also have strong communication skills, take the initiative of your own accord, and have a team focus, we would be delighted to get to know you better. It would be good if you have already completed several traineeships and have already passed your first-part finals/primary. Particular dedication during your studies or any special skills will further increase your chances. Excellent English skills are a prerequisite for a traineeship in our international line of business.
