DirectGroup Bertelsmann is managed by its Chief Executive Officer Fernando Carro. The other Executive Board members are Gerd Bührig, Dr. Niklas Darijtschuk and Jörg Hagen.

• Fernando Carro is in charge of the German-speaking clubs, as well as the group's operations in Spain, Portugal and Italy. He and Gerd Bührig jointly supervise the English-speaking and Eastern European operations.
• Gerd Bührig is also the executive board member in charge of Human Resources, Communications and IT.
• In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Niklas Darijtschuk is responsible for Finance and for Strategic Purchasing throughout the group.
• Jörg Hagen supervises DirectGroup's operations in France, Benelux and the French-speaking parts of Canada and Switzerland.
